ان پہ قربان ہر خوشی کر دی
زندگی نذر زندگی کر دی

زندگی ایک فن ہے لمحوں کو
اپنے انداز سے گنوانے کا

کیسے ممکن ہے بھول جائیں تمہیں
قصہ زندگی نہیں حصہ زندگی ہو تم

ہزار عیب ہوں لیکن اٹل حقیقت ہے
غریب لوگ محبت شدید کرتے ہیں..

بس نصیب سے ہار گئے ہم
ورنہ محبت دونو کی سچی تھی

کیسے چھوڑ دو تم سے پیار کرنا
تم بس چاہت نہیں ضرورت ہوں میری

بنا مطلب کے بات کرے مجھ سے
ایسے ایک شخص کی تلاش میں ہوں

ہم دوست بنا کر کسی کو رُلاتے نہیں
